Thank you for shopping with Yuxuanwear.

This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how shipping charges are calculated, how long orders may take to process and arrive, and how customers can request assistance with a shipment.

Please review this policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Destinations

Yuxuanwear currently sells and ships products only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Countries or regions outside the United States;
  • International freight-forwarding or package-forwarding addresses;
  • Addresses that cannot be verified or supported by our shipping carriers.

Shipping availability is determined by the address entered during checkout. If no shipping method is available for an address, we are currently unable to deliver to that destination.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before shipping charges and sales tax.

Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $200 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal below $200 USD are charged a fixed standard shipping fee of $10 USD.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed in the shopping cart or during checkout before payment is completed.

If a discount reduces the eligible merchandise subtotal below $200 USD, the $10 USD standard shipping charge may apply.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. public holidays and announced business closures.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods, promotional events, severe weather, public holidays, inventory verification, or other unusual circumstances, processing may take longer than normal.

If a significant delay affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided during checkout.

4. Estimated Transit and Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, standard transit normally takes approximately 5–10 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is generally:

1–3 business days for processing, plus 5–10 business days for transit.

Most eligible orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 6–13 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary because of:

  • Delivery destination;
  • Carrier operations;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Address verification;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • High shipping volumes;
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to dispatch an order within the stated processing timeframe, we may contact the customer with available options, which may include accepting the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

5. Manufacturing and Shipping Origin

Yuxuanwear products are manufactured at our clothing facility in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

After manufacturing and inventory preparation, products are transferred to our United States fulfillment operations.

Customer orders are dispatched from a fulfillment facility located within the United States and delivered to eligible U.S. addresses.

Our products are made in China and shipped to customers from within the United States.

The U.S. customer service address shown on our website is used for customer communication and approved return support. It should not be interpreted as our manufacturing facility or fulfillment warehouse unless specifically stated.

6. Order Confirmation

After an order is successfully placed, the customer should receive an order confirmation email at the email address entered during checkout.

The order confirmation may include:

  • Order number;
  • Products and quantities ordered;
  • Billing and shipping information;
  • Merchandise subtotal;
  • Shipping charge;
  • Applicable sales tax;
  • Final payment amount.

Customers should review the order confirmation promptly and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

7. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take approximately 24–72 hours to update after the package has been transferred to or scanned by the carrier.

A delay in the first tracking update does not necessarily mean that the order has not been shipped.

8. Shipping Address Requirements

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Recipient’s full name;
  • Street address;
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number when applicable;
  • City;
  • State;
  • ZIP code;
  • Valid telephone number;
  • Valid email address.

Yuxuanwear is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional expenses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information entered by the customer.

9. Address Changes

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to request a shipping-address change.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

After a package has been handed to the carrier, we may be unable to redirect it or change its delivery address.

10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to the sender because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address;
  • An unclaimed shipment;
  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
  • Carrier access restrictions;
  • Refusal of delivery;
  • Other delivery-related issues.

If a package is returned, we will contact the customer when reasonably possible.

If the package was returned because of incorrect information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, an additional shipping charge may apply before reshipment.

Any eligible refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

11. Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has been shipped.

Customers should first review the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with the order number and tracking details. We will review the available information and assist with a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

Carrier investigation and resolution times are determined by the carrier and may vary.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should:

  1. Check the mailbox, entrance, reception area, parcel locker, or other delivery location;
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff;
  3. Allow up to 48 hours in case the carrier updated the status before final placement;
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly;
  5. Contact Yuxuanwear with the order number and tracking details.

Claims involving packages marked as delivered will be reviewed using carrier records and the information provided by the customer.

A refund or replacement is not guaranteed when the carrier confirms delivery to the address entered during checkout.

13. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order appears to be lost in transit or arrives with visible shipping damage, contact us promptly.

Please provide:

  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Photographs of the package;
  • Photographs of the product;
  • Photograph of the shipping label when available.

Do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping label until the request has been reviewed.

If the shipment is confirmed to be lost, damaged, or incorrect because of our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

14. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in more than one package.

When an order is divided into separate shipments:

  • Multiple tracking numbers may be provided;
  • Packages may arrive on different dates;
  • The customer will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because the order was divided into separate packages.

15. Taxes and Additional Charges

Orders are sold and delivered only to customers within the United States.

Applicable sales tax, when required, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Because customer orders are dispatched from within the United States, customers are not expected to pay import duties when receiving their orders.

All charges collected directly by Yuxuanwear will be displayed before the customer completes payment. We do not add undisclosed store fees after checkout.

16. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because processing may begin shortly after the order is placed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
