Yuxuanwear is an online clothing retailer serving customers in the United States. We offer apparel designed for everyday wear, with clear product information, practical sizing guidance, transparent pricing, and accessible customer support.

Where are Yuxuanwear products made?

Yuxuanwear products are manufactured at our clothing facility in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

Is Yuxuanwear a U.S.-based manufacturer?

No. Yuxuanwear products are manufactured in China.

After manufacturing and inventory preparation, products are transferred to our fulfillment operations in the United States. Customer orders are dispatched from within the United States.

Where does Yuxuanwear sell and ship?

Yuxuanwear currently sells and ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Products and Sizing

How do I choose the correct size?

Please review the size chart shown on the applicable product page before placing your order.

Sizing may vary between products and styles. We recommend comparing the listed garment measurements with a similar item you already own.

Are the size charts in inches or centimeters?

The measurement unit is identified in the size chart on each applicable product page.

Some products may include measurements in both inches and centimeters.

Are product measurements exact?

Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly because of manual measurement and normal production differences.

A small measurement difference does not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

Do all products use the same sizing?

No. Sizing may vary depending on the style, cut, fabric, construction, and intended fit.

Please review the size chart for each individual product rather than relying only on the size label.

Where can I find material information?

Material information is displayed in the product description on the applicable product page.

Where a precise fiber composition is available, it will be stated. We do not publish unsupported material percentages.

Will the product color look exactly the same as it does on my screen?

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately.

However, colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

How should I care for my clothing?

Please follow the care instructions shown on the product page, garment label, or packaging.

Incorrect washing, drying, bleaching, ironing, alteration, or storage may damage the product and may affect return eligibility.


Orders and Payments

What currency does Yuxuanwear use?

All product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and refunds are displayed and processed in United States dollars, or USD.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Available payment options may vary depending on the customer’s device, browser, payment provider, and checkout eligibility.

When will I be charged?

Payment authorization is requested when the order is submitted.

Depending on the payment provider, the charge may be completed immediately or may temporarily appear as pending.

Why was my payment declined?

A payment may be declined because of:

  • Incorrect payment information;
  • Insufficient funds;
  • Billing-address mismatch;
  • An expired payment card;
  • Bank security restrictions;
  • Transaction limits;
  • Fraud-prevention checks;

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

We generally cannot change the payment method after an order has been completed.

When cancellation is still possible, you may request cancellation and place a new order using another payment method. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started.

Will I be charged any hidden fees?

No undisclosed store fee will be added after checkout.

Before payment is completed, the checkout page will display:

  • Product subtotal;
  • Applicable discounts;
  • Shipping charge;
  • Sales tax when required;
  • Final order total.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Applicable sales tax may be calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and current tax requirements.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United States.

Where do orders ship from?

Yuxuanwear products are manufactured in China.

After manufacturing and inventory preparation, products are transferred to our United States fulfillment operations. Customer orders are dispatched from a fulfillment facility located within the United States and delivered to eligible U.S. addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping rates are:

  • Orders below $200 USD: $10 USD
  • Orders of $200 USD or more: Free standard shipping

The eligible merchandise subtotal is calculated after applicable discounts and before shipping charges and taxes.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. public holidays and announced business closures.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, standard transit normally takes approximately 5–10 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is generally:

1–3 business days for processing, plus 5–10 business days for transit.

Most eligible orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 6–13 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address verification, or transportation disruptions.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. When tracking information becomes available, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking may take approximately 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives or scans the package.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes are not guaranteed after the order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Once the package has been transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to redirect it.

What happens if I enter an incorrect address?

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Yuxuanwear is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Shipping availability depends on whether the carrier supports the address entered during checkout.

If no shipping option is available, the order cannot be completed for that address.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Shipping is available only where an eligible shipping method appears during checkout.

Availability, shipping charges, and delivery times must match the options displayed for the entered address.

Do you ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses?

We currently ship only to destinations supported by our checkout and fulfillment settings.

If no shipping option appears for the address, we are unable to complete delivery to that destination.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

First, review the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will review the available information and assist with a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

What should I do if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?

Please:

  1. Check your mailbox, entrance, reception area, parcel locker, or other delivery location;
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff;
  3. Allow up to 48 hours in case the carrier updated the status early;
  4. Contact the shipping carrier;
  5. Contact Yuxuanwear with your order number and tracking details.

Claims involving packages marked as delivered will be reviewed using carrier records and the information provided by the customer.

A refund or replacement is not guaranteed when the carrier confirms delivery to the address entered during checkout.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because processing may begin shortly after the order is placed.

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Can I change the size, color, or quantity after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible.

Changes are not guaranteed after the order enters processing.

If a change cannot be made and cancellation is still available, you may need to cancel the order and place a new one.

Why was my order canceled?

An order may be canceled because of:

  • Payment failure;
  • Product unavailability;
  • Pricing or listing errors;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Address-verification problems;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Incomplete or inaccurate order information.

If a paid order is canceled by Yuxuanwear, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We accept approved returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

What condition must a returned product be in?

The product must generally be:

  • Unused;
  • Unworn;
  • Unwashed;
  • Unaltered;
  • In its original condition;
  • Returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories when applicable.

Proof of purchase and prior return authorization are required.

Do not send a return before receiving approval and return instructions.

Where should I send my return?

The authorized return address will be provided after the request has been reviewed and approved.

Do not automatically send products to our public customer service address unless our team specifically confirms that address in writing.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

For non-defective returns, including change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products caused by our error, Yuxuanwear will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse an approved return shipping cost.

Do you provide a prepaid return label?

A prepaid return label may be provided for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products caused by our error.

For non-defective returns, customers are normally responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible approved returns.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

To obtain another size, color, or product, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

How long does a refund take?

After the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

The customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Are original shipping charges refundable?

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for non-defective returns.

They may be refunded when the return results from a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product caused by our error.

What products cannot be returned?

Products may be ineligible for return when they are:

  • Worn, washed, altered, stained, used, or damaged by the customer;
  • Missing required tags, labels, packaging, parts, or accessories;
  • Returned after the 30-day return window;
  • Sent without prior authorization;

Can a refund be reduced or denied?

A refund may be reduced or denied if the returned product does not meet the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

We will notify the customer and explain the reason when a refund is reduced or denied.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product;
  • Photographs of the packaging;
  • Photograph of the shipping label when available.

Do not wash, wear, alter, repair, or discard the product or packaging until the request has been reviewed.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item, size, or color?

Contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when available.

When the error is verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Return instructions;
  • Prepaid return label;
  • Replacement;
  • Refund.

Is a small measurement difference considered a defect?

No. Minor differences caused by manual measurement or normal production variation are generally not considered defects.

Please review the product measurements and size chart before ordering.

Is an unsuitable fit considered a product defect?

No. A product is not automatically considered defective because the selected size does not fit as expected.

Eligible size-related returns are accepted within the 30-day return period, but the customer is responsible for return shipping when the product received matches the ordered size and is not defective.

Is the Beverly Hills address your factory?

No.

The Beverly Hills address is used for customer communication and approved return support.

Yuxuanwear products are manufactured at our clothing facility in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

Is the Beverly Hills address your shipping warehouse?

No. The Beverly Hills address is our public customer service and communication address.

Orders are dispatched from a separate fulfillment facility located within the United States.

Can I send a return directly to the service address?

No. Contact us before sending any product.

The correct authorized return address and instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
