These Terms of Service govern your use of the Yuxuanwear website, online store, products, and customer services. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
1. Business Information
Yuxuanwear is an online clothing retailer operated by:

Our products are manufactured in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Eligible inventory is transferred to our fulfillment partner in the United States, and customer orders are dispatched from within the United States.
We currently sell and ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

This address is used for customer communication and approved return support. It is not our registered business headquarters, manufacturing facility, or fulfillment warehouse.
2. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping purposes.
You must not:
- Submit false or fraudulent information;
- Use another person’s payment information without authorization;
- Attempt to interfere with website security;
- Upload malicious software;
- Abuse discounts, returns, refunds, or chargebacks; or
- Copy or commercially use website content without permission.
We may restrict access or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these Terms.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, materials, sizes, colors, images, prices, and availability.
Product colors may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, and photography. Measurements may also vary slightly because of normal manufacturing and manual-measurement tolerances.
Customers should review the product description, material information, and size chart before placing an order.
4. Prices and Availability
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Products, sizes, and colors are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable or a clear pricing error occurs after an order is placed, we may contact the customer, cancel the affected item, and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, discounts, taxes, and the final order total will be shown before payment is completed.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order-confirmation email confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.
We may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability;
- Payment failure;
- Incorrect pricing;
- Suspected fraud;
- Invalid or unsupported shipping information; or
- Violation of these Terms.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
We generally do not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
7. Shipping
Yuxuanwear currently ships only within the United States.
Our standard shipping terms are:
- Orders below $200 USD: $10 USD standard shipping;
- Orders of $200 USD or more: free standard shipping;
- Processing time: 1–3 business days;
- Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once order processing has begun. After an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled and must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method.
9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with applicable tags and packaging.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products caused by our error, Yuxuanwear will provide an appropriate approved resolution.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible approved returns.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Customers must contact us before sending a return.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Yuxuanwear brand, website design, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Yuxuanwear.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, analytics services, and communication tools.
These third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Yuxuanwear and relevant service providers for order processing, payment, fulfillment, delivery, customer service, fraud prevention, and website operation.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly described, or not delivered, customers may have additional rights under applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yuxuanwear is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our business, website, services, policies, or legal requirements change.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not remove rights already established in relation to a completed transaction.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Yiwu Yuxuan Clothing Co., Ltd., together with any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to customers in the United States.
Nothing in these Terms waives any right that cannot legally be waived.
