This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, currencies, charges, authorization process, billing requirements, and payment security practices that apply when you place an order through our website.
Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Yuxuanwear accepts the payment methods that are displayed and available during checkout.
The exact payment methods available may vary depending on the customer’s device, browser, payment provider, and checkout eligibility.
Only payment methods currently activated in our Shopify checkout can be used to complete an order. Shopify allows customers to select from the payment methods that the merchant has enabled in the store’s payment settings.
Please review the payment options displayed at checkout before submitting your order.
We do not accept payment by cash, personal check, money order, bank transfer, or cash on delivery unless such a method is expressly displayed as available during checkout.
2. Payment Currency
All product prices, shipping charges, taxes, refunds, and other transaction amounts on the Yuxuanwear website are displayed and processed in:
United States Dollars — USD
Customers are responsible for any currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed independently by their bank or payment provider.
Yuxuanwear does not control or receive these third-party fees.
3. When Payment Is Collected
Payment authorization is requested when the customer submits an order.
Depending on the payment provider and payment settings, the payment may be:
- Authorized and captured immediately;
- Authorized first and captured after the order is reviewed;
- Shown temporarily as pending by the customer’s bank.
An order is not considered fully confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not guarantee that payment has been approved or that the order has completed fraud and availability checks.
4. Order Total
Before completing payment, customers will be shown an order summary that may include:
- Product prices;
- Product quantities;
- Applicable discounts;
- Shipping charges;
- Applicable sales tax;
- Final order total.
Yuxuanwear’s standard U.S. shipping charges are:

The applicable shipping charge and final payable total will be displayed before the customer submits payment.
No optional product or service will be added to an order without the customer’s selection or authorization.
5. Price Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the prices displayed on our product pages, shopping cart, and checkout are accurate and consistent.
The product price shown at checkout should match the price displayed on the applicable product page, subject to:
- Valid discount codes;
- Storewide promotions;
- Applicable shipping charges;
- Government-required sales tax;
- Customer-authorized changes to the cart.
Google Merchant Center requires the submitted product price to match the landing-page price and requires pricing to remain clear throughout checkout.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact the customer before processing the order. We will not charge a corrected higher price without the customer’s approval.
6. Discounts and Promotional Codes
Where available, promotional codes must be entered during checkout before the order is completed.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Only one discount code may be used per order;
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed;
- Discounts have no cash value;
- Discounts may apply only to eligible products;
- Discounts may exclude shipping and taxes;
- Discounted orders remain subject to product availability;
- Expired, invalid, or unauthorized codes will not be accepted.
The merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts is used to determine whether the order qualifies for free shipping.
For example, if a discount reduces the eligible merchandise subtotal below $200 USD, the standard $10 USD shipping charge may apply.
7. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected during checkout based on:
- The delivery address;
- Applicable state or local tax requirements;
- The taxable status of the products;
- Current tax rules and Shopify tax settings.
Any sales tax collected by Yuxuanwear will be displayed before the customer completes payment.
Taxes charged by law are separate from product prices and shipping charges.
8. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:
- The payment information is accurate and complete;
- The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The customer authorizes the applicable order charge;
- The billing information matches the records of the payment provider;
- Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the purchase.
Providing false, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment information is prohibited.
9. Payment Verification
To protect customers and our business, some transactions may require additional verification.
We may request confirmation of:
- The customer’s identity;
- Billing information;
- Shipping information;
- Payment authorization;
- Order details.
An order may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled if:
- Payment authorization fails;
- The billing information cannot be verified;
- The payment provider declines the transaction;
- The order is identified as potentially fraudulent;
- Required verification is not completed;
- The payment method is unauthorized.
We will not request a complete payment-card number, password, or security code through ordinary email.
10. Declined or Failed Payments
A payment may be declined for reasons including:
- Incorrect card or account information;
- Insufficient funds;
- An expired payment card;
- Billing-address mismatch;
- Security restrictions;
- Transaction limits;
- Payment-provider technical issues;
- Fraud-prevention checks.
When a payment is declined, customers should verify their payment and billing information or contact their bank or payment provider.
Yuxuanwear generally cannot override a payment provider’s decision to decline a transaction.
An order will not be shipped until payment has been successfully completed.
11. Pending Charges and Authorization Holds
A bank or card issuer may display a pending charge or temporary authorization hold even when an order has not been completed.
A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed payment.
If an order is canceled or payment is not captured, the bank or payment provider is responsible for releasing the authorization hold. The time required for release varies by financial institution.
Yuxuanwear cannot control how quickly a bank removes a pending authorization.
12. Duplicate Payment Concerns
If a customer believes they were charged more than once, they should first check whether one transaction is only a pending authorization.
Customers may then contact us with:
- Full name;
- Order number;
- Payment date;
- Amount charged;
- Screenshot or transaction details with sensitive payment information hidden.
We will review our transaction records and provide available assistance.
Do not send complete card numbers or account passwords by email.
13. Payment Security
Yuxuanwear uses Shopify’s checkout technology to accept and process online orders.
Customers enter their shipping and payment details through the checkout process before placing an order. Shopify describes its checkout as a secure system for accepting orders and payments.
Payment information may be processed by Shopify and other authorized third-party payment providers.
Yuxuanwear generally does not directly store complete credit-card or debit-card numbers.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use established service providers and reasonable safeguards designed to protect transaction information.
14. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment transactions may be processed by independent payment providers.
These providers may:
- Authorize or decline transactions;
- Verify billing information;
- Apply fraud-prevention checks;
- Place temporary authorization holds;
- Process refunds;
- Maintain transaction records.
The use of a third-party payment method may also be subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements, and dispute procedures.
Yuxuanwear does not control independent payment-provider policies or processing times.
15. Payment Information and Privacy
Payment and transaction information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may receive limited transaction information, such as:
- Customer name;
- Billing address;
- Payment status;
- Transaction identifier;
- Payment method type;
- Limited card details made available by the payment processor.
We generally do not receive or store the customer’s complete payment-card number.
16. Order Confirmation
After a successful checkout, customers should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
The confirmation may include:
- Order number;
- Items ordered;
- Product quantities;
- Product prices;
- Discounts;
- Shipping charge;
- Applicable tax;
- Final order total;
- Billing and delivery information.
Customers should contact us promptly if the confirmation contains an error.
17. Order Review and Cancellation
Yuxuanwear reserves the right to review, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Payment failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Unauthorized payment use;
- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or listing errors;
- Shipping restrictions;
- Incorrect or unverifiable order information;
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
If a paid order is canceled by Yuxuanwear, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
18. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds cannot normally be transferred to:
- A different payment card;
- A different bank account;
- A different PayPal or digital-wallet account;
- Another customer;
- Cash.
After a refund is issued, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Yuxuanwear does not control the processing time of the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Yuxuanwear before filing a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Customer name;
- Order number;
- Description of the issue;
- Requested resolution;
- Relevant supporting information.
Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel an order or replace the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.
We may provide transaction, delivery, communication, and policy records to the payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in restrictions on future orders where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section removes any rights available to customers under applicable law or the rules of their payment provider.
20. Payment Changes After Purchase
After an order has been completed, we generally cannot:
- Change the payment method;
- Transfer the charge to another card;
- Add a discount code retroactively;
- Divide the payment between multiple methods;
- Change the billing currency.
When an eligible order can still be canceled, the customer may request cancellation and place a new order using the preferred payment method.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once order processing has begun.
21. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing product prices before payment;
- Confirming the final order total;
- Providing accurate billing information;
- Using an authorized payment method;
- Reviewing shipping charges and taxes;
- Protecting payment-account credentials;
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized transactions;
- Keeping order confirmation records.
22. Changes to This Payment Policy
We may update this Payment Policy to reflect changes in:
- Available payment providers;
- Checkout features;
- Fraud-prevention procedures;
- Tax requirements;
- Store operations;
- Applicable laws.
The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions except where required by law.
