Because Yuxuanwear sells and ships only within the United States, customers will not be charged undisclosed international import duties by Yuxuanwear.
17. Shipping
Yuxuanwear currently ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
Our standard shipping charges are:

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated standard transit time is generally 5–10 business days after processing.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The FTC requires online sellers to ship within the time stated to customers. When shipment cannot be completed within the promised time, the seller generally must obtain the buyer’s agreement to the delay or provide a refund for the unshipped order.
18. Delivery
Risk relating to the physical shipment passes according to applicable law and the carrier’s delivery records.
Customers should review tracking information and inspect packages promptly after delivery.
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, the customer should:
- Check the delivery area;
- Ask household members or building staff;
- Check with nearby neighbors;
- Contact the carrier;
- Contact Yuxuanwear for available assistance.
We may require supporting information before reviewing a lost, damaged, or missing-delivery claim.
19. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
If an order is canceled before shipment, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.
20. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Generally, returned products must be:
- Unused;
- Unworn;
- Unwashed;
- Unaltered;
- In original condition;
- Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable;
- Approved before shipment.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
Yuxuanwear covers approved return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products caused by our error.
No restocking fee is charged for eligible approved returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received, inspected, and approved.

21. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Customers seeking another size, color, or product should return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Availability of a replacement product is not guaranteed.
22. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discounts cannot be combined;
- Discounts have no cash value;
- Discounts may expire;
- Discounts may apply only to eligible products;
- Discounts may exclude shipping or taxes;
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
- One-time codes may be used only once;
