We want our customers to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains our return eligibility requirements, return process, shipping responsibilities, refund procedures, and available resolutions.
Please review this policy before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Yuxuanwear accepts returns of eligible products within 30 calendar days after delivery.
We accept approved returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery;
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition;
- Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included when applicable;
- The item must not show signs of wear, washing, stains, strong odors, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage;
- Proof of purchase or the original order number must be provided;
- The return must be reviewed and approved by our customer service team before shipment.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
2. Return Window
The 30-day return period begins on the date the carrier’s tracking information shows that the order was delivered.
Customers must contact Yuxuanwear within this 30-day period to request a return.
Return requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after delivery are generally not eligible for return.
After a return is approved, the customer must ship the package within the period stated in the return instructions. An approval may expire if the package is not shipped within the specified period.
3. How to Request a Return

Please provide:
- Your full name;
- Your order number;
- The product you want to return;
- The reason for the return;
- The size and color ordered, when applicable;
- Clear photographs or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions when the return is approved.
Do not send any product to an address without first receiving written return authorization.
4. Return Method
Approved returns must be sent by mail.
We do not currently offer:
- In-store returns;
- Return kiosks;
- Unapproved drop-off returns;
- Cash refunds at a physical location.
The authorized return address will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
The public service address displayed on our website should not automatically be used as the return destination unless our customer service team specifically confirms it in writing.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Yuxuanwear will cover the approved return shipping cost when:
- The product arrives damaged;
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect;
- The customer receives the wrong product;
- The customer receives the wrong size or color because of our error.
Customers must contact us and receive approval before purchasing return postage.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Provide a prepaid return label;
- Reimburse an approved return shipping cost;
- Provide another appropriate resolution without requiring the item to be returned.
Unauthorized or unapproved shipping expenses may not be reimbursed.
Non-Defective Returns
For returns caused by personal preference, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or another reason not caused by Yuxuanwear, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Yuxuanwear is not responsible for:
- Unauthorized return shipments;
- Return packages sent to an incorrect address;
- Return packages lost or damaged during transit;
- Additional shipping costs selected by the customer without approval.
6. Exchanges
Yuxuanwear does not currently process direct exchanges.
To receive another size, color, or product, customers should:
- Return the eligible product for a refund; and
- Place a new order through our website.
Product availability and pricing are not guaranteed while a return is being processed.
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase;
- Customized or personalized products;
- Gift cards;
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or used;
- Products missing required tags, labels, packaging, parts, or accessories;
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Products returned without prior authorization;
- Products subject to hygiene-related restrictions when the restriction is clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase.
Any product-specific return restriction will be displayed on the applicable product page before the order is placed.
A product is not considered defective solely because the customer selected an unsuitable size or because of a minor measurement difference within normal production tolerances.
8. Return Inspection
After an authorized return is delivered to the approved return address, we will inspect the product to determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.
The inspection may consider:
- Product condition;
- Signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, or misuse;
- Presence of original tags and packaging;
- Whether the returned product matches the original order;
- Whether required parts and accessories are included;
- Whether the return was shipped within the approved period.
We will notify the customer by email when the return has been approved, partially approved, or rejected.
Yuxuanwear does not charge a restocking fee for eligible approved returns.
9. Refunds
After an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds cannot normally be issued to:
- A different payment card;
- A different bank account;
- A different digital-wallet account;
- Another person;
- Cash.
After we issue the refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Processing times vary by financial institution and are outside Yuxuanwear’s control.
Customers will receive a notification when the refund has been issued.
10. Refund Amount
For an approved non-defective return, the refund generally includes the amount paid for the eligible returned product.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
- The product was damaged or defective;
- The wrong product was sent;
- The wrong size or color was sent because of our error;
- Applicable law requires otherwise.
Any approved discount applied to the original order will be reflected in the refund amount.
If only part of an order is returned, the original order may no longer meet a promotion or free-shipping threshold. Any adjustment will be made only where permitted and clearly explained to the customer.
11. Reduced or Denied Refunds
A refund may be reduced or denied if:
- The returned product is missing tags, packaging, accessories, or parts;
- The product shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, misuse, or customer-caused damage;
- The returned product is different from the product originally purchased;
- The return was sent without authorization;
- The return was sent after the approved period;
- The return does not otherwise comply with this policy.
We will notify the customer and explain the reason when a refund is reduced or denied.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- The order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs or videos of the product;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- A photograph of the shipping label when available.
Do not discard, wash, alter, repair, or use the product or packaging until the request has been reviewed.
After reviewing the information, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A replacement;
- A refund;
- A prepaid return label;
- Reimbursement of an approved return shipping cost;
- Additional return instructions.
13. Size and Fit Returns
Customers should review the product description and size chart before placing an order.
Sizing may vary between products and styles. A product is not automatically considered defective because the selected size does not fit as expected.
Eligible size-related returns are accepted within the 30-day return period, but the customer is responsible for return shipping when the product received matches the size ordered and is not defective.
14. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because processing may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
If Yuxuanwear approves a cancellation before shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
15. Refused and Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be treated as unauthorized returns.
If the delivery issue was caused by information provided by the customer, original shipping charges may not be refunded, and additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Any refund will be reviewed after the returned package has been received and inspected.
16. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Yuxuanwear before filing a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your full name;
- Order number;
- Description of the issue;
- Requested resolution;
- Supporting photographs, tracking details, or other relevant information.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available under applicable law or payment-provider rules.
